  • If the boat is not running due to bad weather conditions, your ticket can be switched to a regular City Canal Cruise voucher on the spot or your time slot can be moved. Bad weather conditions will not be a reason to refund
  • If the sun is shining please bring sun protection even if the weather is not warm
  • This tour is closed on the following dates:
  • - April 27: King's Day
  • - August 5: Pride and Queer Canal Parade
  • - December 25: Christmas
  • - December 30; no cruises after 4 PM
  • - January 1 until noon
