  • A time slot for the canal cruise must be reserved upon arrival in Amsterdam. There are 16 'Tours & Tickets' shops in the city centre of Amsterdam where you can validate your open Canal cruise ticket for a time slot ticket. With the timeslot reservation you can also choose the preferred departure point. Departure points are Amsterdam CS, Rijksmuseum (near Heineken Experience), Leidse Plein and Anne Frank Museum.
  • The Heineken Experience offers interesting information about the company’s history in English. A visit typically lasts 1.5 hours
  • Minimum age for the Heineken Experience is 18 years
